1. Using this website

This website is provided by Top Shelf Junk Removal and Demolition (Top Shelf Mobile, LLC) for general information about our services and to let you request a quote or contact us. Descriptions, availability and any prices shown are for guidance and can change without notice; the written quote or agreement you receive from us controls. Content on this site may not be copied or republished without permission.

2. Quotes and services

A quote is an estimate based on what you tell and show us. The final price can change if the job differs materially from what was described. Services are subject to our availability and to reasonable access to the property. Nothing on this site creates a contract until we confirm a booking with you.

3. Text messaging terms

Program description. When you opt in, Top Shelf Junk Removal and Demolition sends text messages about the service you booked: appointment confirmations and reminders, on-the-way notices, service and completion updates and follow-ups, and a post-job request for feedback or a review.

Frequency. Message frequency varies (typically 1-3 messages per job). Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details of your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (208) 593-2877 or info@topshelfpros.com.

Consent. You opt in one of two ways: verbally, by telling our staff yes when they ask for permission to text you while you book or receive service in person or by phone; or by ticking the unchecked box on our website’s contact and quote forms next to the disclosure quoted in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information and opt-in data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be sent using an automated system; standard rates from your carrier apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or our forms to send spam, false information, or anything unlawful, and not to interfere with the site’s operation.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided as-is. We work to keep information accurate but make no guarantee that every detail is current. To the extent permitted by law, Top Shelf Mobile, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability for the services themselves is set out in your agreement with us.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
