Quotes and Pricing

• Free Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation quotes based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions.
• Pricing Accuracy: Quotes are estimates only. Final pricing is determined on-site based on the actual volume, weight, labor required, and any special circumstances.
• Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for items not disclosed during the quote process, hazardous materials, excessive weight, difficult access conditions, or services beyond the original scope.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices if job conditions differ significantly from what was described during the quote process.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability
• We will provide an estimated arrival window for your scheduled service
• We make every effort to arrive on time but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, weather, or prior job delays

Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-Shows: Failure to be present for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a trip charge

Customer Responsibilities

• Be present or have an authorized representative present during service
• Secure pets and notify us of any potential hazards on the property

• Verify that items marked for removal do not belong to others

Prohibited Items

We cannot accept certain items due to safety, legal, or environmental regulations, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, lead paint)
• Medical waste or biohazards
• Explosives or ammunition
• Radioactive materials
• Certain electronic waste (varies by regulation)
• Pressurized containers (propane tanks, fire extinguishers)

Please inform us of any potentially hazardous items before your appointment. Additional disposal fees may apply for acceptable hazardous materials.

Payment Terms

• Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified
• Late Payment: Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees and collection action
• Deposits: Large or complex jobs may require a deposit to secure scheduling

Limitations

Claims

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Please document any damage with photographs and contact us immediately.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top Shelf Junk Removal and Demolition, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
