When you request a quote, book work or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, photos you choose to send, and the details of the job. We also keep a record of the messages we exchange with you. Standard analytics tools may collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type) to help us understand how the site is used.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and complete the work, send service-related communications (including text messages you have agreed to receive), ask for feedback after a job, and keep our own business records. We do not use it for anything unrelated to serving you.

4. Text messaging program

If you give us your mobile number and consent, Top Shelf Junk Removal and Demolition may send you text messages about the service you booked — appointment confirmations and reminders, on-the-way notices, service and completion updates and follow-ups, and a request for feedback or a review after the job. Message frequency varies (typically 1-3 messages per job). Message and data rates may apply.

How consent is collected. We collect consent in one of two ways, and consent is never a condition of purchasing any service. (1) Verbally, when you book or receive service in person or by phone. Our staff ask: “As part of your service with Top Shelf Junk Removal and Demolition, we’d like to send you text messages about your service, including a quick review request when the job is done. Message frequency varies — typically one to three messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. May we have your permission to text you at this number?” We only text you if you say yes. (2) On our website’s contact and quote forms, by ticking an unchecked box next to this disclosure: “By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Top Shelf Junk Removal and Demolition at the number provided about my inquiry and service, including appointment updates and review requests. Message frequency varies (typically 1-3 messages per job). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” A form sent without the box ticked is never texted. After you opt in, our first text confirms you’re signed up and explains how to opt out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive.

5. Opting out and getting help

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (208) 593-2877 or info@topshelfpros.com. Opting out of texts does not affect the work you have booked — we will reach you by phone or email instead.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with vendors who help us run the business (for example our scheduling, messaging and payment providers), who are bound to keep it confidential and use it only on our instructions; and when required by law.

7. Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Records of your consent to receive text messages are kept for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterwards.

8. Your choices
